Our 60 minute micro-dosing sessions are spent in group yoga and breath-work practice, led by a licensed facilitator with training in yogic traditions. Mats, bolsters and blankets are provided.

OHA requires that all psilocybin participants receive preparation. Once guests have completed preparation with PNWIC, they may schedule psilocybin services for one year before required additional preparation.
